Home > Meet Our Coaching Panel
The Buteros coaching panel functions as an extension of your internal team. We recognise that real projects require diverse knowledge and that no single person holds every answer. Our model allows individuals to engage the right experience at the right time, based on the work in front of them.
with the Panel
Engineering and construction projects rarely sit within one discipline. A civil engineer may need to understand electrical or mechanical requirements. An operations-focused professional may need guidance on technical standards. A leader may need support navigating communication and decision-making across teams.
The Buteros model allows people to engage multiple coaches to grow their understanding and capability across these areas. This flexibility reflects how work actually happens, not how roles are defined on paper.
Every coach on the panel brings lived experience and a commitment to professionalism and respect. They work together as a collective resource, supporting individuals and teams in a way that complements internal capability rather than replacing it.
